Refund policy
All floral arrangements from GLEAM FLORIST are prepared with care to ensure they are fresh and in good condition before dispatch. However, due to the delicate nature of flowers, some damage may occur during transportation.
As flowers are perishable items, returns are not applicable. That said, we may offer a refund if the arrangement received is deemed unsatisfactory, specifically where more than 50% of the flowers are wilted.
Please note that slight variations, blemishes, or natural markings are normal characteristics of fresh flowers and should not be considered as defects.
Should you have any concerns about your order, please contact us within 2 hours after delivery. This allows us to review the issue promptly. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted, as it becomes difficult to determine the original condition of the flowers.
