Shipping policy
At the customer’s request, we may facilitate delivery through Lalamove as an optional service for convenience. Lalamove operates as an independent third-party logistics provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any form of partnership with GLEAM FLORIST.
While we may assist in coordinating the arrangement, all transportation services are carried out solely by Lalamove and governed by their own terms and conditions. GLEAM FLORIST shall bear no responsibility for any incidents occurring during transit, including delays, loss, damage, or service-related issues. Our obligation is strictly limited to preparing the correct order and releasing it in satisfactory condition prior to handover.
Deliveries are conducted from Monday to Sunday, excluding selected public holidays and peak operational periods. Standard delivery operations take place between 10:00 PM and 8:00 PM. During high-demand seasons, delivery completion may extend beyond the stated timeframe, and any relevant updates will be communicated through our official communication channels.
For operational efficiency and fairness across all orders, specific delivery time requests are not accommodated.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring all delivery details provided are complete and accurate, including the recipient’s name, delivery address, and valid contact numbers. GLEAM FLORIST shall not be held liable for any delay, failure, or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
Once an order has been successfully delivered to the designated address, no refunds shall be issued.
Any request to switch from delivery to self-collection after order confirmation will not qualify for a refund of delivery fees. Instead, such fees may be converted into store credit at our discretion.
Where redelivery is required due to recipient instruction or customer request after dispatch, additional charges will apply.
Due to the perishable nature of floral products, delivery dates and arrangements cannot be modified once processing and dispatch have commenced.
Except in circumstances covered under Adverse Weather Conditions or Force Majeure, all deliveries will be completed within the designated delivery window.
